– Evidence of remote work: This includes a confirmation letter from a foreign company (if employed), or freelance contracts, invitations to cultural or artistic events, or activities related to soft skills such as learning Muay Thai or Thai cooking (if applicable for additional purposes).
– A passport valid for at least 6 months, accompanied by a standard passport photo (taken within the last 6 months), a completed visa application form, and an application fee (which may vary depending on the embassy).
– No work permit is required for remote work, but you must commit not to work for local Thai companies to avoid violating labor laws.
